QD Bushings are precision machined tapered and fully split on1side.
The taper bored QD Sprocket or Pulley easily fits over the tapered bushing, and tightening of the cap screws produces a tight press fit on the shaft. The sprocket is easily removed from the bushing by using the pull-up bolts as jackscrews in the holes tapped in the rim of the sprocket.
